This is a very sad one..hope a lesson is being learnt
Popular dancer kemi Omotoyinbo who got married on the 13th of September, 2014 at White House Event Hall, Toyin Street, Ikeja has passed on. Kemi who is a popular face in Pasuma's music videos and has also danced for the likes of Shina Peters and K1 gave up the ghost while trying to give birth yesterday, October 1st in a Lagos private hospital.
According to her friends, Kemi would have survived the operation the doctors meant to carry out on her, since she couldn't give birth the normal way, if only they had operated on her on time. According to them, the doctors charged N450,000 for the operation but demanded an initial deposit of N300,000 which her husband couldn't provide instantly, and that was where the problem started.
He begged the doctors to carry on with the operation that he would pay the money the next day, and kemi even sent out text messages to friends to come to her aide, but all that fell on deaf ears. Sadly, kemi passed on the night of that day before any help could reach her. May her soul rest in peace.
