Read Atiku's statement on terrorism and democracy in Nigeria
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has called on Nigerians to be calm after the recent bombings in the country has killed hundreds. This was made known to the public in a statement issued in Abuja yesterday February 19 by Atiku's Media aide, Malam Garba Shehu.
According to the statement by the former VP, Nigeria's democracy is on trial and that no matter what efforts were applied to the contrary, Nigerians should never give up their desire for change .
