Khloe Kardashian's personal trainer insists that she's not "a crazy lady" about the gym and losing weight
Khloe Kardashian is always in and out of the gym, and after dropping 30lbs last year, some have dubbed it a "crazy workout regime" but now her personal trainer has revealed what she's doing and also what her brother Rob is up to.
Celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson has worked with the Kardashian family for years, and he insisted to E! News that Khloe is not taking it overboard. "Khloe is always trying to get better. She's not obsessed or a crazy lady about it, it's just about the work," Peterson told E! News. "Khloe has her head down. She's got a steady work ethic and there's no over analysis."

"She's a five days a week person, she kills it," Gunnar said. "She is always striving to be better."
Meanwhile Khloe's brother Rob, who has been keeping a low profile, is also putting the hours in in the gym, as Peter reveals that the 27-year-old is hitting his targets. "Rob's a grinder, he's getting it done," Peterson said. "He's one of those guys who is always going to keep at it. He'll get to where he needs to be and everybody has their path."
