The Secretary to the State Government Ambassador Baba Ahmed Jidda stated this in a statement issued to newsmen today, saying the gesture was to enable residents of the state welcome Buhari to the state for the presidential rally.
The Governor has also enjoined all Borno residents to come out enmasse and line up the streets to welcome the peoples' general, according to the Statement.
